Our company was founded in 1973 in Seattle, Washington by James G. Neil. Having been in business over 40 years, JG Neil & Co. has developed into the premier, independently owned foodservice brokerage in the Northwest. Chad Neil is the President/Owner, who maintains responsibility for strategic vision. Jim Howard (Owner/VP Business Development) and our exceptional executive team have decades of expertise in the industry, bringing invaluable insights and understanding to drive both growth and profitability. Localized ownership and decision making, combined with entrepreneurial leadership, allow us to deliver outstanding results both efficiently and effectively. Our longstanding reputation for achieving sales growth through high quality products, exemplary service and unquestionable integrity has enabled us to develop long term partnerships with our Principals, Distributors, and Customers. We are dedicated to building profitable relationships, increasing sales opportunities and responding quickly to customer needs.

Over the years, our coverage territory has expanded greatly. We currently have four offices in Auburn WA, Spokane WA, Portland OR and Boise, ID. We provide a full market solution to the Pacific Northwest.

Our Corporate office is conveniently located just south of Seattle. This location handles all customer service inquiries, sales order entry, and marketing efforts as well as serving as a regional sales office. Our facilities host a full-service test kitchen, conference rooms, frozen/refrigerated/dry storage to handle product tastings, demonstrations, sales meetings, and volume food preparations.

We employ multiple corporate chefs. Their culinary experience is showcased through professionally exhibited products, new recipe creations and innovative ideas for sales and marketing. Our employees all have access to the latest technology to demonstrate the foremost operational capabilities throughout the organization.
